Room Hire:
A flat room hire fee (if applicable) will cover

• A dedicated function manager to coordinate your event and ensure that your night runs perfectly and without any problems by working personally with you throughout the planning process to assist you with the organization of food, drink, music and any other requirements you may have.
• Staffing costs for waiters, bar tenders and chefs
• 5 hours of exclusive use of the entire venue – no public access
• Dance floor
• Complimentary use of all audio and visual facilities (projector, DVD, JPEG player, sound system & speakers)

Options:

• PHOTOS, PRESENTATIONS & DVDS: Choose to have a slide show or play a DVD to highlight your memories or add to the theme
• MUSIC: Provide your own cd’s, ipod, or DJ. Alternatively, we can arrange this for you.
• FOOD: Select from individual food items or discounted food packages based on your budget and guest numbers.
• BAR: Select from bar tab options and beverage packages customized to match your budget and numbers
